Information we collect
We collect information that is necessary to provide the scheduling service and to operate a subscription account. This can include account identifiers, contact information supplied during checkout, subscription records, booking details, calendar connection information, and messages sent to support. We may also receive technical information such as browser type, device characteristics, approximate network information, and page interaction events when those details are available through ordinary web analytics.
Calendar and client information
Calendar data and client information are treated as customer information rather than as a product for resale. Your calendar data stays yours. We never sell booking or client information. Access to scheduling information is limited to the functions needed to provide the service, maintain account security, troubleshoot problems, or comply with a lawful requirement. Customers should avoid entering information into appointment forms that they do not need for the stated scheduling purpose.
Use of information
We use information to create and maintain accounts, process subscriptions, provide booking and reminder functions, send activation information, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the service. Where analytics are used, the purpose is to understand traffic and product behavior rather than to sell identifiable booking records. We do not use calendar information to make medical, employment, credit, or other high-impact decisions.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by vendors that support hosting, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, or customer support. These providers receive only the information needed for their contracted function. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service, or to respond to a valid legal process. We do not sell personal information or booking records to advertisers.
Retention and security
We retain account and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, legal obligations, accounting, dispute handling, and security. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to reduce unauthorized access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should use strong account credentials and share booking information carefully.
Your choices
Depending on the account and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. You can also manage cookie preferences through the site banner and browser controls. Subscription cancellation does not automatically erase records that must be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Children and updates
The service is intended for adults and business or professional scheduling use. We do not knowingly design the service to collect information from children. This policy may be updated when the service, law, or privacy practices change. The latest posted version will state its effective date.
